I submitted a free estimate request on their website and the owner actually called me back personally in literally two minutes. He came out to my house and did the inspection himself. Matt was very nice. He even helped deal with my horrible cut rate insurance company, and even got them to approve giving me a better roof than the one I had before. Within a few days his team was at my house putting on my new roof. The workers were prompt and didn’t even leave a mess when they were done. I am beyond pleased with Invision Roofing and I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. Great customer service. They’re the best roofing company in San Antonio hands down.

After having Allstate tell me I didn’t have damage I called Invision roofing for an estimate. They said in facet that I do have storm damage. Invision Roofing got me a re inspection scheduled. Met with my adjuster. Got my entire roof approved and paid for by Allstate. Being a single mother was such a relief to get a brand new roof and only cost my deductible vs the thousands it would have cost. Roof was scheduled and installed in only one day.
